We are seeking an Account Manager who possesses a genuine passion for data driven marketing. The position is responsible for driving revenue by using Flashtalking’s suite of ad management tools.  The role will work with advertisers, agencies and ad tech partners to bring economic value to clients through increased sales and more effective operational efficiency. 

The ideal candidate can analyse problems and develop creative solutions to them.He/she has a positive outlook and energy, combined with the ability to listen to and empathise with clients to build trust.


  • Develop and cultivate relationships with existing clients, consistent with company strategy and priorities

  • Grow revenue according to existing clients account plans

  • Be a respected and trusted advisor to the clients and agencies

  • Develop an understanding of the range of Flashtalking products and services and use these to tailor solutions to clients’ challenges

  • Display a thorough understanding of clients’ business strategy and competitive challenges

  • Identify and understand clients’ need and position our solutions to meet expectations


  • Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed client expectations and achieve business goals

  • Demonstrated ability to develop lasting, consultative relationships based on value and trust

  • Prior experience in online/digital sales or service with a solid understanding of the digital landscape

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships

  • Strategic marketing or digital solution experience in campaign management/client services

  • Ability to understand and explain analytics solutions

  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external clients and stakeholders

  • An aptitude and passion for learning new concepts and technologies

  • Working hours: 9.00 – 5:30, Monday to Friday

  • 25 days annual leave per annum which increases by 1 day for each year (up to a maximum of 30 days), plus bank holidays.

  • Early finish Fridays during the summer months (July – August)
