The AdTechnology Manager will work closely with internal Campaign Managers and technology teams as well as external publishers, clients, and partners to support desktop and mobile web/in-app advertising campaigns.
Primary Job Functions
Solve issues related to ad tag implementation, complex URL structures, and data reporting discrepancies.
Quality assurance of online ads.
Ability to understand client needs and implement customized solutions to satisfy client requests.
Work directly with media agency clients, ad tech partners, and publishers as a representative of the Flashtalking technology team.
Strong debugging skills using browser developer tools and network traffic inspectors like Charles or Fiddler.
High comfort level with web design best practices and core internet principles (You understand things like HTTP response codes, URL encoding, event models).
Understanding of internet advertising technologies (ad tag implementation, click and impression tracking)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
Professional written and spoken communication. Able to communicate about complex topics in a simple and clear style.
Able to handle fast-paced environment and approach extreme complexity with a level head.
Ability to work as a team, as well as independently.
Experience with ticketing or task management systems like Zendesk, JIRA, Bugzilla, Basecamp, or Asana.
Knowledge of VAST/VPAID XML formats.
General understanding of IAB guidelines.
2+ years work experience in digital advertising, web development, or a related technology field.
Completed vocational training in the field of information technology or comparable qualification
