Campaign Management is a key function within the business—it requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage the full life cycle of online ad campaigns and satisfy the demands of multiple stakeholders (media agency, creative agency, publisher) often to tight deadlines. An awareness and understanding of online ad technology, the full trafficking process and the digital media landscape is vital. You are an energetic and friendly team player who can easily prioritize and multitask in our fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills along with an aptitude for new technologies will place you in good stead for this role.
Primary Job Functions
End to end campaign management from timeline management, campaign setup, delivery of ad files/Flashtalking ad tags through to troubleshooting and reporting
Implement third-party tracking such as DFA or Atlas on behalf of agency partners
Build out comprehensive Decision Trees (delivery rules) per client strategy
Liaising regularly with internal teams as well as Creative Agencies, Media Buyers, Publishers and Media Owners to ensure smooth delivery of all aspects of campaign
Handling multiple campaigns at any one time and meeting tight deadlines, while providing support to clients on Flashtalking systems
Taking a pro-active lead in understanding potential problem areas and ensuring they are avoided or resolved
Troubleshooting creative, site tagging and tracking issues that may arise throughout the process
Identifying process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow
Provide monthly reports to internal finance team, work with clients or sales manager to actualize billing when applicable
A comprehensive understanding of MSOffice (especially Excel) and Internet technologies
Exceptional oral and written communication skills

The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues

Minimum 6 months’ experience in online trafficking and ad operations, either agency or publisher
A basic understanding of the Digital Media ecosystem
Experience with Ad Serving platforms would be a bonus, particularly third-party ad serving tools, such as Flashtalking, DoubleClick, DFP, Sizmek, etc.
Highly autonomous, self-directed and independent in both work and learning, with a desire to quickly learn and develop new skills.
Proven customer service experience, with excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
Exceptional attention to detail
Effective time management, planning and prioritization skills
Flexibility and adaptability in being able to take on new campaigns and advertisers with little notice or training
Proven experience as a positive and helpful team member who actively contributes towards their team’s common goals.
Familiarity with web inspection tools, such as Fiddler, Charles or Ghostery
Demonstrated ability with HTML, Flash and other forms of technical code would also be a bonus
Understanding or direct experience of how ad servers work (DFA, Atlas, Pointroll, Sizmek, etc.)
1-2 years of experience in digital media operations
Client-facing/support positions at Internet publishers, interactive creative agencies or Internet media buying agencies (bonus points for those with Rich Media Vendor side experience)
