We are looking for a bright, tenacious individual who loves to bring in business – generating leads, converting qualified prospects into opportunities and working collaboratively with colleagues to close new business.

The ideal candidate will have considerable sales experience in the digital marketing industry in ad tech or agency side and will be looking for a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a growing company. We are looking for someone ideally who has industry presence and can bring with them their experience and contacts to enable us to grow our sales function to its full potential.

You are energetic, persistent and organised; able to prioritize and multitask in our fast-moving environment and capable of coming up with creative strategies to achieve targets. You are a professional sales person who knows how to turn opportunities into income.

RESPONSIBILITIEs

  • Generating leads with advertisers direct and key agency holding groups

  • Setting up meetings with potential new clients

  • Attending and representing Flashtalking at meetings – either alone or with colleagues as appropriate

  • Closing business and negotiating rates and contracts - with a close eye for detail

  • Cross-selling and up-selling - seeking out opportunities to increase revenue and wider uptake of Flashtalking products and services

  • Being able to communicate the full range of Flashtalking ad serving and tracking solutions clearly and concisely from a marketing perspective and showing expertise and gravitas on the online advertising ecosystem (DSP, DMP, etc.)

  • Collaborating with management to ensure an effective new business strategy including the tactics/actions that will deliver the end goal – and making sure the actions are carried out

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Considerable professional sales experience in digital marketing/ad tech

  • Highly autonomous, self-directed and comfortable working within an entrepreneurial environment.

  • You get what an ad server does and are able to communicate its benefits

  • An understanding of the full digital landscape from display, PPC, SEO, Affiliates including tracking and data analytics

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Demand Side Platforms and programmatic marketing and its place in the online advertising ecosystem including Data Management Platforms, Viewability and Fraud Detection systems, Attribution solutions.

  • A strong understanding of how advertiser/agency ad server technology sits within the digital eco-system
